Widen the Guilds powers/abilities
I've been thinking for a long time, I'm an officer in a nice guild, but the thing is this:
It's getting a bit boring....
Here's my suggestions to fix this:
1. Add in something like a sparring arena inside the guild hall (no free rewards but the option to place bets on the match) so that members and guests could spar one another and the other players could watch, also adds in a sorta contest aspect to the guild
2. Make it possible to add in different ranks if you are a guild leader (You can make something like "Marshall, War Marshell" or something like "Cell leader, cell members" if you like naruto too much :P) to give the leader more power
3. The entire guild has the ability to access personalized weapons (you customize your sword and it also gets your guild's emblem embedded on the blade)
4. I can't really think of too much else as I am both hungry and hyped on coffee...soooooo that's it *this idea was brought to you by the stick of lies*

It's called "Scrimmage" It's already in the game, except for the bet placing. Which I think is a bad idea in general.

How would that give the leader more power? If a leader wants more power, he can just demote some officers...

Umm... The emblem would have to be so small it would be hardly noticeable, because those swords aren't big, by any stretch of the imagination. I don't see why you would need this, your cape already shows that you are in that guild.

*shrug* I just figure it'd be a good idea to put in something new like this.

simple, the tree could go like this instead of the regular (guild leader, officer, members)
Guild Leader underling rank with some power underling rank with another power etc. (makes the leader able to distribute powers between different players so that he can still reward his allies but only give real power to those he can trust, also able to rename the ranks because officer is just dull)

True, but it would be nice to have something personal for every guild, if not a weapon then add in a chest armor (cuirriass or whatever) that contains the emblem, it adds a little more into it *at least that's my opinion*
and taking phoenix's phraise away from him *That's my two cents*

adding the emblem to a shield would be quite cool but seeing as thats the only item that has a wide enough surface to implement such a feature it would be kind of weighted towards wars and paragons.

You don't use a high health set on casters?
If that's the case, you, sir, are a bad player.
